Every gemstone is sold with the independent laboratory report referenced on its page. Where a report is more than two years old at the time of sale, we will re-submit the stone at our cost on request.

The terms on which gemstones are offered and sold by the house.
Description and treatment
Colour descriptions follow standard trade terminology and the issuing laboratory's opinion. Treatment status is disclosed in full. Photographs and rendered viewers are illustrative; the laboratory report governs.
Price and availability
Prices are quoted in United States dollars and exclude import duty and local taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility. A stone marked reserved or sold is not available for immediate purchase.
Shipping and title
Stones ship fully insured by bonded courier with Sri Lankan export documentation. Title passes on receipt of cleared funds; risk passes on delivery to the address you nominate.
Returns
Any stone may be returned within fourteen days of delivery for a full refund, provided it is unset, undamaged, and accompanied by its original certificate and sealed packaging.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, without prejudice to any consumer rights you hold in your country of residence.
